Many investors find it easier to hold all their investments in one place. Itshenderson lets you maintain your entire portfolio in one easy-to-manage account, and we don’t charge you for switching.
By moving your portfolio to Itshenderson, you will be able to monitor and manage your portfolio for free-charges will only be incurred when dealing. You can also transfer existing investments into your Itshenderson account free of charge at any time, whether they are investments held in your own name through an investment trusts savings scheme, PEP or ISA. Transferring Holdings
You can transfer holdings and/or cash from other plan manager or broker to Itshenderson. We will not charge you anything to set up accounts or to deposit stock with us.
To transfer holdings, you’ll need to complete the Crest Transfer Form as well as an application form for the product you wish to invest in. You can download application forms from the Forms section of our website, order them online or request them from our customer services department on 0845 712 5432. Once we have received your signed and completed forms, we will contact your existing plan manager or broker to begin the transfer process.
Depositing Share Certificates
You can deposit stock held in certificated form into our Dealing and Joint Dealing accounts. First, you must complete and sign a Crest Transfer Form (one per shareholding) and return it to us with the certificate(s).
