Shares Held In Your Own Name

You can transfer most shares held in certificated form into your Itshenderson Dealing account. All you need to do is complete the Dealing Account Transfer-In Form and a Crest Transfer Form for each stock then send the forms and all share certificates to us.

We shall lodge the transfer form and certificate with the relevant registrar to enable the shares to be transferred to your Itshenderson Dealing Account. We shall advise you as soon as the shares are registered with us. You can leave the stock in your account or sell part or all of the investment.
