Important Notice - Transfer to Halifax Share Dealing Limited (HSDL)
As part of ongoing work to provide a better quality of service for our customers the administration and management of your Itshenderson account will be transferring to Halifax Share Dealing Limited (HSDL) over the weekend of 31 January and 1 February with the new service being effective from Monday 2 February 2009.
Although the administration and management of your account will transfer formally from Itshenderson to HSDL, you will still enjoy the benefit of being associated with Henderson Global Investors in that you will continue to receive copies of annual report and accounts of the Henderson managed investment trusts and investment companies, be able to attend and vote at general meetings and receive our biannual newsletter and other mailings.

Important Information - Boiler Room Scams
Henderson Global Investors has been advised that our company name has been unlawfully used recently, where an individual, or individuals, who have no association with Henderson have called members of the public claiming to represent Henderson and offering deals on shares in various companies.
The recipients of the call are directed to a fake 'Henderson' website and given a password. Please note that this site is not a Henderson website and we believe this to be a Share scam (also known as a boiler room scam).
Henderson does not make unsolicited telephone calls to retail investors and we advise you to exercise extreme caution around any such calls. If you have received such a phone call or are in any doubt about the integrity of an unsolicited phone call, please contact the Henderson helpline on 0800 832 832.
